How to sign in to PhotonDash and navigate the dashboard.
Signing in
PhotonDash uses WHMCS OpenID Connect for authentication. You sign in with the same credentials as your AuroraHosts billing account.
- Go to the PhotonDash login page.
- Click Sign in with Aurorahosts.
- You're redirected to the AuroraHosts billing portal (
billing.aurorahosts.com) to authorise access. - After authorising, you're returned to the dashboard automatically.
If authentication fails you'll be redirected back to the login page with an error banner. This usually means your session expired or the authorisation was cancelled — try again.
The Home page
After signing in you land on the Home page (/dashboard). It shows three quick-access cards:

| VPS Dashboard | Open VPS Panel | SSO into VirtFusion to manage your servers (opens in a new tab) |
| Purchase New Products | Open Store | SSO into the AuroraHosts store (opens in a new tab) |
All three buttons generate a short-lived single-use SSO token and open the target service directly — no password re-entry.
Billing account status
Your billing account link is shown in the Profile modal (click your name or avatar in the navigation bar).
- Linked — your WHMCS account is recognised and all features are available.
- Not linked — the system couldn't match your email to a WHMCS user. Go to Home and click Open Billing to complete the link.
