What does a server termination mean?

If your server is in a Terminated it means you might've forgotten to pay your servers' invoice, we only terminate servers after they're in a suspended state for more than 7 days.

When your server is terminated we've removed all data from our servers, this includes and backups you might've created.

Can I get my data back?

We can sometimes still retrieve your data for you even if your server has been terminated. The following requirement need to be met:

• Your termination date was less than 14 days ago

If your server was terminated in the last 14 days than we can likely retrieve your data! We hold a copy of all servers on our off-site backup servers which are rotated our approx every 14 days.
